Construction progress updated in October 2021 – Yi Da Garment Factory Project Phase 3 - Canteen parking
At the end of October 2021, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has completed all construction items of the Yi Da Garment Factory project Phase 3 - Canteen parking and carried out acceptance to handed over the project to the Investor to put into use.
With a total floor area of 7,140 sqm, the project is built on a land lot of 153,025.5 sqm with an open design without walls including a 3-storey building of 11.35m high used for parking staff’s motorbikes and bicycles.
Although the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the construction of the project faced many difficulties, INVESTCORP Dong Minh still completed the project on schedule, ensuring the quality requirements.
