Construction progress updated in October 2022 – Sao Mai Lam Son - Sao Vang New Urban Area Project, Xuan Thang Commune, Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province
Sao Mai New Urban Area Project is invested by Sao Mai Group and the main contractor Vistar Joint Stock Company with a construction area of 704,354 m2. INVESTCORP Group has signed a contract to execute the project's pavement paving package and INVESTCORP 6 will directly execute the package.
The package was started on October 15, 2022 and is expected to finish on January 30, 2023. In October 2022, INVESTCORP 6 has started to implement pavement laying, concrete pouring and pavement paving in all areas. As planned in November 2022, INVESTCORP 6 will continue the paving work in the areas where the Investor has handed over the site.
