Construction progress updated in September 2021– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
At the end of September 2021, in the office area of the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project, INVESTCORP 15 Company has completed the construction of all columns on the 2nd & 3rd floors, floor beam concrete on the 3rd floor, roof and 60% of the wall construction on the 1st floor. The plastering work of the basement is also being carried out in parallel. In the factory area, INVESTCORP 15 has finished plastering the interior and exterior walls and 60% of the concrete lining work.
It is expected that in October 2021, INVESTCORP 15 will complete the construction of lining concrete, factory floor concrete and deck concrete. The concrete roof of the electrical room, the walls of the chemical house and the construction of the 2nd & 3rd floor walls of the office area will also be completed in October 2021. In addition, waterproofing work in the fire tank and the roof of the office area will also be implemented.
