Construction progress updated in September 2021 – Star Villas project
In September 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to promote painting work and drywall ceilings for villas No. 3, 6, 7, 9, 12 & 14. Villas No. 8 and 11 have been handed over to the Investor to install equipment and will be implemented the final finishing works in October 2021.
Currently, villas No. 10, 15 & 16 are starting to be completed, painted, and plastered inside and outside the house. Villa 1B has completed construction of concrete structure, roof structure and 80% of wall volume.
In October 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will complete and hand over to the Investor the villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11, continue to complete the Villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15 & 16 and construction of plastering villa 1B.
