The design style of the project is inspired by the core products of Crystal Martin (Vietnam), lingerie, creating a strong industrial design style but still ensuring femininity and difference from other industrial projects.

The areas in the office are divided by many styles of partitions from low to high, transparent to translucent, with special colors that adheres to feng shui rules combined with led signage and pendant lighting. The open ceiling design helps to overcome height restrictions.  Concrete columns, beams, as well as ventilation pipes are left exposed and painted in dark gray to create depth, and to help bring a sense of openness to the space.

The unique design of the project and the renovation on an existing plan caused INVESTCORP many difficulties during the construction process.
