Groundbreaking ceremony of Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory
On Jan 17, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory was held by INVESTCORP Myanmar in Plot B-22, Zone A, Thilawa SEZ, Thanlyin Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner – Kalbe International Co., Ltd. – Myanmar, the Main contractor – Penta Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. and Sub contractor – INVESTCORP Myanmar.
The Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory is constructed in a land lot with a total area of 30,000m2, being divided into 3 phases and built in 3 years. The 1st phase of the project will be constructed in 12 months including one workshop combining office with an area of 6000m2, designed with type of industrial house with pre-engineering steel frame, roof and walls by iron and auxiliary items and internal road.
As expectation, the 1st phase of the project will be completed and put in use in Jan 2020.
