Groundbreaking ceremony of Myanmar Lakeside serviced apartment project
On Jan 13, 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar held the Groundbreaking ceremony of the Myanmar Lakeside serviced apartment project in Kan Yeik Thar street, Yangon city, Myanmar. The project is invested by Japan Inya Investment Co., Ltd and the Main contractor - Hazama Ando Corporation.
The Myanmar Lakeside serviced apartment project is located on a land lot with an area of 2028m2 including a 14 floor-height tower and one basement with one floor area of 1200m2. The tower is designed with traditional RC structure and bored pile foundation. Auxiliary items such as pump room, power room and water tank are arranged at the basement. Auto parking systems are located on the basement, the 1st and 2nd floors. From the 3rd floor to the 13th floor consist of 4 room types with different area. A canteen and bar for customer service are arranged in the 14th floor of the tower.
The project is expected to be constructed within 23 months and will be put into use in early Jan 2022.
