Groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd
On the morning of May 28, 2020, INVESTCORP held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Phase 4 factory construction project invested by Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd and the Main contractor - Hazama Ando Corporation. The project is constructed in Dong Van II Industrial Zone - Duy Tien district - Ha Nam province.
The Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd has a total land area of 36,200 m2 and a construction area of 6,951.96 m2 including a main factory and auxiliary works such as power room, cooling tower, sewage treatment tanks, internal roads etc. with green areas and surrounding decorating grass.
It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2020.
