Groundbreaking ceremony of road from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area, Tho Xuan district

Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of Tho Xuan District People's Committee, Management Board of Investment and Construction projects of Tho Xuan district, representatives of Xuan Hung Commune People's Committee, Management board and Construction team leaders of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited.

The project was implemented with a total investment value of over 17 billion VND, built from the budget capital and other legal capital sources of Tho Xuan district.

The project of the road from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area has the goal of gradually completing the traffic network of Tho Xuan district according to the planning, creating favorable conditions for travel, improving the people's material and spiritual life, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality; speeding up construction, development and strengthening of traffic connections from Xuan Hung commune to Tho Xuan town and Lam Son - Sao Vang urban area according to the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Committee.

The project is invested in building a new 2km road, starting from Xuan Hung commune to Tho Xuan town and Lam Son - Sao Vang urban area. The width of the road surface is 7m with 6m asphalt width. The contract construction period is 12 months.

The infrastructure construction project includes items: road foundation excavation, dredging organic mud and soil, embankment and reinforcement of the ground and roof with K95 and K98 soil; construction of crushed stone pavement, asphalt road surface and asphalt concrete; drainage system across the road and traffic safety sign system.

When the project is completed and put into operation, it will create a connecting traffic axis from Xuan Hung commune to Tho Xuan town and Lam Son - Sao Vang urban area. Thereby, creating a strong breakthrough, contributing to the completion of inter-regional transport infrastructure in a modern direction, promoting investment attraction, local socio-economic development towards the vision of the year 2030 to establish Tho Xuan city.
