Groundbreaking ceremony of Tamada Office and Warehouse project
On Jan 11, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tamada office and warehouse project was held by INVESTCORP Myanmar in No. 621, West plot of Khayu Chaung, Thanlyin township, Yangon, Myanmar. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner – Tamada Engineering and Trading Company and representatives of the Contractor – INVESTCORP Myanmar.
The Tamada office and warehouse project is constructed in a land plot with an area of 1,600m2 including a two storey office with an area of 720m2, a warehouse with an area of 450m2 together with some auxiliary houses and an internal road system. The office is designed with steel frame, two storey deck floor and iron roof. The 1st floor will be surrounded by tempered glass and the 2nd floor is surrounded by brick walls. The warehouse is one storey industrial house with pre-engineering steel frame, roof and walls by iron. The internal is connected with a concrete road system.
It is expected that the project will be completed and put in use in July 2019.
