Groundbreaking ceremony of Technical Infrastructure project of Quan Noi 5 Residential area, Hoang Anh commune (now Long Anh ward), Thanh Hoa city

Attending the ceremony were representatives of Project Management Board of Construction Investment No. 2, Thanh Hoa city, Board of Directors and Construction team leaders of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa.

The project, with a total value of nearly 20 billion VND, was built from the exploitation of the project's land fund and other legal capital sources. The project includes the following items: roads, trees, curbs, sidewalks, water supply and drainage systems, lighting power supply and equipment installation. Estimated construction time is about 11 months.

The completion of the new residential area Quan Noi 5 with a synchronous and quality technical infrastructure system is the driving force to attract investment, suitable for the future development, step by step perfecting the general planning of the city according to the proposed plan.
