Groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 project.
In the morning of Nov 23, 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 project owned by Vietnam Mie Company Ltd., was held in Pho Noi A Industrial park – Hung Yen province. The ceremony was attended by the Owner’s representatives including Factory manager together with representatives from departments of the Owner and representatives of the General constructor – INVESTCORP.
Vietnam Mie Company Ltd., is a 100% Japanese Company started its operation in 2011, specializing in manufacture of plastic and metal molds and precision parts used for the car and motorbike industry such as circuit breakers, relay boxes and connectors. Being constructed on the total area of 16,411m2, the project consists of one production factory and some auxiliary works such as warehouse, canteen, parking house, gas house etc.
Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 project is the first project that INVESTCORP directly cooperates with a Japanese owner as a General constructor. Whereby it expresses the trust of foreign partners in general and Japanese partners in particular for the Company as well as affirm the growing status and prestige of INVESTCORP.
As expectation, the project will be completed and put in use in Oct 2019.
