INVESTCORP completes and hands over Star villas project
At the end of June 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed and handed over to the Investor 14 out of 14 villas. Star Villas project is invested and built by Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd Company under Yoma Group in the Star City - Thanlyin - Yangon - Myanmar urban area and started construction by INVESTCORP Myanmar from September 2020.
During the construction process, the project had to suspend construction to ensure the safety of all INVESTCORP Myanmar employees and subcontractors due to the influence of the coups as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, INVESTCORP Myanmar has tried to overcome, strive to construct to meet the criteria of Safety - Quality - Progress and receive high appreciation of the Investor.
