Seminar on reorganizing work procedures, guiding implementation of safety procedures and periodical reports
Meeting the needs of expansion and development towards the 10th anniversary of the Corporation's establishment, on May 13&14, 2020, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation organized a Seminar to reorganize the work procedures between the Corporation’s departments and the Member companies, Divisions and Construction teams under INVESTCORP; guide the implementation and application of safety procedures, and guide the implementation of periodical reports.
At the Seminar, the procedures and report forms were discussed and commented by the staff to further improve a standard set used throughout the system.
Through the Seminar, all employees of the Corporation were guided to understand the procedures and forms to apply correctly and effectively to improve the work productivity.
Standardizing work procedures in the Corporation and safety procedure in projects show that the Board of Directors of INVESTCORP always upholds the professionalism at work and the role of safety during project construction process, satisfying requirements of Owners.
