Update construction progress – Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project in August 2020

The domestic wastewater treatment station was commenced by INVESTCORP on May 15, 2020 with a construction area of 347m2, including a domestic wastewater treatment tank with a capacity of 1,280m3/day and a control house of 35m2. The wastewater treatment tank is designed with reinforced concrete, reinforced by centrifugal pile system. Currently, the items are being constructed and handed over to the Investor in accordance with the required progress and quality.

The Renovation of the 6th floor of R1C building into an office started on July 15, 2020 is a project to renovate the factory into an office. It is expected that the project will be constructed in 5 months and will be completed in December 2020. At present, INVESTCORP is carrying out the work of demolishing and filling the foundation concrete layer, implementing the plastering and tiling work of the toilets and indoor partitions.
