Update construction progress – Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project in November 2020
At the end of November 2020, INVESTCORP has completed all toilet tiling, 95% of the gypsum ceilings and partitions and 60% of wooden doors and aluminum - glass walls at the renovation of the 6th floor of R1C building into an office - Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project. Currently, INVESTCORP is under construction of interior items including cabinets, mobile walls, Polycarbonate walls and surface finishing for Vinyl flooring. The mockup room has been completed and approved by the Investor.
It is expected that in December 2020, all finishing items such as wooden doors, aluminum and glass, toilet walls, mobile walls, interior cabinets and Vinyl flooring will be completed to prepare for inspection and handover to the Investor.
