Update construction progress in April 2021 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
In April 2021, all items of the Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project continued to be constructed and completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa, including wastewater drainage systems for the roads No. 4, 5, 6 & 9; a part of the roads No. 10, 11 & 12; completed the installation of HDPE pipe for low voltage power supply from the road No. 1 to the road No. 7 and installed clean water supply system on the roads No. 5, 6 & 7. The construction of medium voltage transmission lines in the air, grade 2 gravel scattering on the roads No. 6, 7 and planting of trees around the detension basin have also been completed.
It is expected that in May 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will complete the entire water supply and drainage system, complete the construction of low voltage electrical cables, medium voltage cables and installing transformer stations; completing grade 2 macadam work, 50% of grade 1 macadam and 70% of pavements and green trees.
