Update construction progress in January 2017 – Factory construction project Phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Ltd.
At the site of Factory construction project phase 3 of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd, in January 2017, INVESTCORP has accomplished several essential categories of both interior and exterior works.
For interior categories of the factory, 50% of gypsum ceiling and partition construction works have been done. As expected, painting works will have been finished by February 15, 2017. Besides, INVESTCORP is planning to handle small works relating to the first acceptance and handover to the Owner next February 15, 2017.
At the outside of the factory, crucial categories such as drainage system have been accomplished; curb, road and planting works are in the hurry of finishing.
In addition, for the locker expansion category, acceptance has been carried out between Main contractor and INVESTCORP and is being repaired to prepare for acceptance and handover to the Owner next February 15, 2017.
