Update construction progress in January 2017 – Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project

On the other hands, at the site of International passenger terminal East (IPTB East), the whole foundation category has been accomplished. Backfilling work, blind concrete casting, reinforcement and formwork construction for the foundation beam are being worked on. As planned, casting for foundation and beam category will have been done by February 28th, 2017 and then INVESTCORP will turn into preparing for following construction works namely floor, the first floor column and the second floor beam & slab.

Mentioning the site of the International concourse, reinforcement category has been fully completed. INVESTCORP is in the process of preparing for floor concrete casting with the target completion date in May 2017.
