Update construction progress in June 2020 – Embellishment project of Rung Thong historic sites and landscapes

Up to now, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed the dismantling of the old damaged infrastructure and is now under construction and repair of the Traditional house, expanding the waiting room, repairing and replacing the whole system of doors, windows, exterior walls, corrugated iron roofs, three-step staircase and installation of decorative aluminum bar systems for the building; constructing a new separate public toilet area; tiling manual stone for all retaining walls around the stele house to commemorate the martyrs; demolition of fences separating the relic's premises; cleaning the river bed to clearing the flow, retaining walls, creating a landscape of pebble and natural stone, making staircase to the streams; replace the nameplate of the relic area; leveling plan and staircases, adding lighting to the premises; renovating and supplementing the surface drainage system; cutting and planting additional trees for the relic, paving green stones and roughening the whole relic like the entrance to the Uncle Ho memorial area.

The project is expected to be completed and handed over to the Investor in early July 2020 for the Party Congress of Dong Son district for the term 2020-2025.
