Update construction progress in March 2021 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
In March 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa continued the construction of concrete structures for drainage systems, installation of storm water drainage, construction of manholes, wastewater ditches and mobilization of macadam into the site. The works done in the month include the completion of the rainwater drainage system for roads No. 4, 5, 10, 11 and a part of road No. 12; completion of the wastewater drainage system for road No. 7 and the construction of road No. 6.
It is expected that in April 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will complete 90% of the rainwater drainage system, 70% of the wastewater drainage system, 80% of the grade 2 macadam work, 40% of the low voltage supply lines, 80% of medium voltage lines and 25% of electrical equipment. Water supply works for domestic and pavement trees will be completed 15% of the total volume.
