Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in January 2021
In January 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed all reinforced concrete structures of the basement ground and slab and continues implementing other works at the basement such as pouring wall reinforced concrete, waterproofing of the walls’ external surface, sand filling and disassembly of pile support system.
It is expected that in February 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will endeavor to complete all volume of the wall reinforced concrete in the basement, finish removal of the pile support system, complete waterproofing and sand filling of the outside of the basement walls. As planned in February 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will complete 30% of the reinforced concrete of the ground beam and give priority to the preparation of materials and equipment for construction. Pile extraction work will be started at the end of February 2021.
