Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in June 2021
At the end of June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed dismantling the pile support system, completed 100% of the reinforced concrete volume of the basement walls and 30% of the reinforced concrete structure of the floor beams. Currently, the pile extraction, waterproofing and sanding of the basement walls are starting to be implemented.
It is expected that in July 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will focus on speeding up the construction progress of the basement reinforced concrete structures, completing pouring concrete of the first floor beams, waterproofing and sanding basement exterior and 80% of piling work. The dismantling of the first floor beam formwork will also be started at the end of July 2021.
