Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in May 2021

In May 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the construction of 100% of the basement floor and 70% of the dismantling of pilling support system. Reinforced concrete structures for basement walls, waterproofing and sand filling have also been completed 60% of the work volume.

Construction plan expected in June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will complete casting concrete of the basement wall structure, complete 100% of the dismantling of the pilling support system and 60% of the reinforced concrete of the 1st floor beams. In addition, waterproofing, sand filling outside the basement walls and surface finishing of the concrete structure will also be completed to implement the basement acceptance work. The sheet pile extraction will start from the end of June 2021.
