Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in September 2020
In September 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed the piling work and is now focusing on excavation in combination with the installation of the remaining piling support system. The construction of reinforced concrete structures in the basement started to be executed including lean concrete pouring, reinforcing fabrication and installation of formwork of foundation framework.
At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed 40% of the excavation volume and 85% of the installation of the steel brace support for the piling system. It is expected that the excavation and installation of the piling support system will be completed by mid-October 2020.
According to the plan in October 2020, INVESTCORP will focus on speeding up the construction of reinforced concrete structures in the basement and continue to speed up the preparation of materials and labor to ensure the construction progress of the basement structure in compliance with request.
