Update construction progress – Meiko Quang Minh electronics assembling factory project in June 2020
In June 2020, INVESTCORP has completed the construction of the attic columns, attic beams and slabs of the Main factory. Currently, INVESTCORP is continuing to install the wall purlins, corrugated walls, roof waterproofing and some other finishing items such as plastering and staircase finishing etc.
The underground water tank has been completed the whole foundation work, walls, columns and tank cover. The fabrication and erection of formwork, casting concrete of the columns, beams and slabs of the pump room have been done. The internal road system and drainage system are still being carried out.
Some auxiliary items include security house, which has completed waterproofing work and is under construction and finish. RMU building has been completed the brickwork and is also under construction of the plastering work.
It is expected that in July 2020, INVESTCORP will complete and hand over the project to the Investor to put into use.
