Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Dec 2018
In Dec 2018, INVESTCORP has completed the whole reinforced concrete work and brickwork of the office at the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project. At the moment, INVESTCORP is moving to finishing phase such as tiling, painting, gypsum work, doors and windows. It is expected that the office will be handed over to the Owner to put in use on Jan 25, 2019.
At the workshop area, the whole reinforced concrete structure of the main workshop has been completed. Plastering work, assembly of steel structure and painting work are being implemented. The main workshop will also be done and put in use on Jan 31, 2019.
At the auxiliary area, 50% of the structure workload has been completed. As expected, the RC structure will be completed on Jan 10, 2019 and the whole auxiliary item will be completed on Jan 31, 2019.
Outdoor items such as fence has been completed 70% of workload. Gravel for road base has been completed 90%. It is expected that the road system and drainage system will be done on Feb 15, 2019.
