Update construction progress of KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project in May 2018
By the end of May 2018, at the KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project, the whole foundation and bracing beam of the production building have been completed by INVESTCORP Myanmar. As expectation, in June 2018, the production building’s floor will be done. At present, the water tank system inside the production building, INVESTCORP Myanmar has finished ten tanks and one remaining tank will have been expected to complete by 10 June 2018.
At the office area, the entire slab and beam of the 2nd floor have been completed and by the end of June 2018, concrete work for the columns of the 2nd floor, and roof slab and beam will have been finished.
At present, the auxiliary items such as wastewater treatment tank, weigh station, and gantry gate’s foundation have been completed. Reinforce concrete work of the water tank, pump room and power room are also being implemented. Regarding internal road, INVESTCORP Myanmar is proceeding sand compaction. The rainwater drainage system has been finished 50% workload and expected to be finished in June 2018.
