Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in Mar 2019
By the end of Mar 2019, at the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby, INVESTCORP Myanmar is continuing implementing painting work, finish of concrete surface and finish of ancillary items. Dropped ceiling together with tank system and ancillary machine PITs are also being completed to hand over.
For the additional machine PITs inside the factory, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed 98% of concrete workload and is carrying out reinforcement and formwork for small remaining PITs. It is expected that the entire machine PITs will be completed and handed over in Apr 2019.
At the main workshop, ground concrete surrounding the machine PIT system will be finished in middle of Apr 2019. Painting work and finishing work of toilet areas are also being implemented. INVESTCORP Myanmar has now finished 95% of the workload of the ground concrete and is continuing implementing other finishing works.
