Update construction progress of New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd in Sep 2018
By the end of Sep 2018, at the New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd, all brickwork and ground croncrete has been finished. At present, INVESTCORP is carrying out plastering work and has finished to 90%. As expectation, the plastering work will have been finished by Oct 15, 2018.
Finish works such as painting, ceiling, gypsum walls and window processing etc. are also implemented in parallel. Rainwater drainage system is also completed by INVESTCORP. Installaion of pavement curb and outdoor road system is under construction.
It is expected by then end of Oct 2018, INVESTCORP will basically finish the whole project for acceptance and handover in Nov 2018.
