Update construction progress of Renovation project of Lam Son square – Thanh Hoa city in Mar 2019

For the Stage renovation, at present, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed 70% of wall tiling and floor tiling at the front of the Stage. As expected, the front finishing work and wall tiling work will be completed on Apr 20, 2019; the drum will be painted, drawn and polished by Apr 16, 2019.

Renovation of the Clock tower ASIA is moving to the finishing stage: Stone tiling is completed, Aluminum construction is carried out painting structure frame and will be installed Aluminum panels at the same time with painting Clock column.

For the Fountain item, after demolishing, screeding, waterproofing the 1st layer and finishing the underground piping, finishing works are being urgently implemented such as waterproofing the 2nd layer, screeding and mosaic tiling together with installation of equipment and tiling stone to finish the tank wall.

The whole renovation project of Lam Son square – Thanh Hoa city will be completed and handed over on Apr 25, 2019 which is 2 months ahead of schedule to serve for the Liberation day and preparation for welcoming 990 year of Thanh Hoa title.
