Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in Apr 2019
At the Tamada Office and Warehouse project, INVESTCORP Myanmar has just finished assembly of main steel frame for the office and workshop areas, gradually finish roof purlin and side purlin. Construction of the roof corrugated iron and side corrugated iron will be started at the end of May 2019.
Regarding outdoor items, plastering work of the fence and drainage system has been finished to 60% of the workload. Ancillary houses are constructed brickwork and as expected, casting concrete of the roof structure will be carried out at the end of May 2019. The surrounding concrete road also starts implementing.
At the office area, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed concrete work at the 1st floor and is carrying out brickwork. Preparation work for casting concrete of the 2nd floor is implemented in parallel.
