Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in August 2019

In the office area, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed tiling work, painting and installation of glass doors and windows at the 1st floor and is conducting construction of those works at the second floor. The internal painting work at the 2nd floor is also being completed and handed over by room.

Outdoor items such as plastering work and finish of fence have been executed up to 90%, the drainage system has been completed final works. Leveling of grass area around the house and painting of fence and gate are also carried out in parallel.

It is expected that the whole project will be completed and handed over by the end of September 2019.
