Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in June 2019
At the end of June 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed installing and fixing the wall iron. The installation and fixing of roof sheet and roof water trough are under construction and expect to be completed in mid-July 2019.
Plastering work at the 1st floor of the office building has been completed 100% of the workload. At the 2nd floor, brickwork and concreting of the bracing system of the sub columns’ walls have been completed. INVESTCORP Myanmar is now implementing the 1st floor’s tiling work and brickwork and plastering work of the 2nd floor. Other finishing works will be simultaneously executed and expected to complete by the end of July 2019.
Outdoor items such as fence’s plastering work and drainage systems have been implemented 95% of the workload. The ancillary houses have been completed all plastering work and are being implemented other finishing works.
