Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in Mar 2019
In Mar 2019, at the office area, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed beam and slab items of the 1st floor and assembly of roof and surrounding iron fence. Plastering work at the office is being carried out. As expected in Apr 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar will proceed casting ground slab concrete.
At the warehouse, slab and beam and assembly of steel structure were completed. At present, 50% of assembly work of roof and surrounding fence are being done.
Ancillary items such as guardhouse, pump room, concrete road and gate will be proceeded in Apr 2019. Drainage system, fence and water tanks are being implemented.
