Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in Apr 2019
At the end of Apr 2019, at the Dying area, INVESTCORP completed brickwork, plastering work and is now assembling steel structure and doing ground leveling. In May 2019, INVESTCORP will complete assembly of the steel structure to construct roof of the Dying area. The ground concrete and internal plastering work will be carried out in parallel.
At the Textile area, assembly of the workshop’s steel structure and sand filling start being done. As expected in May 2019, INVESTCORP will complete assembly of steel structure to construct roof corrugated iron together with ground concrete.
At the Office area, INVESTCORP completed ground concrete of the 1st floor and slab and beam concrete of the 2nd-3rd floors. In May 2019, INVESTCORP will continue constructing roof concrete, waterproofing and roof heat resistant, carrying out brickwork at the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
