Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in Feb 2019
At the end of Feb 2019, at the Textile area of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh, INVESTCORP finished construction of the foundation framework’s concrete, foundation pit’s backfilling and is carrying out foundation bracing. It is expected that in Mar 2019, the foundation bracing’s concrete will be finished to move to construction of the ground, walls and steel structure assembly.
At the dyeing area, all of the piling work has been finished. The foundation framework is now constructed by INVESTCORP. In Mar 2019, it is expected that after completion of the foundation framework and foundation bracing’s concrete, INVESTCORP will implement ground construction and assembly of the steel structure.
At the office area, preparation work for construction of the piling is in the process. Piling work, foundation framework’s concrete, foundation bracing and columns of the 1st floor will be carried out and completed in Mar 2019.
