Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in July 2019
In July 2019, at the textile area, INVESTCORP completed construction of the corrugated iron walls and is now installing roof drainage pipes. Auxiliary items such as power room, transformer room and compressor room have been completed. Toilet area is under construction of tiling work. Finishing of gypsum walls, false ceiling, paint, installation of doors and windows are being urgently executed. In the first half of August 2019, INVESTCORP will complete all items and hand over the site to the Owner to carry out installation of machines.
At the dyeing area, power room, transformer room and compressor room have been completed. It is expected that in August 2019, INVESTCORP will complete the additional corrugated iron walls and iron accessories. The construction of the sluice concrete and toilet of the dyeing area will be completed and handed over in the first half of August 2019.
At the office area, INVESTCORP has completed construction of all brick walls. Finishing items such as paint, erection of door and handrail are being urgently implemented. In August 2019, glass wall, aluminum cladding for canopy, walkway, door installation and other finishing works will be completed.
