Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in June 2019

At the dyeing area, INVESTCORP has completed roofing work and concrete ground. Assembly of iron walls and construction of ancillary’s brick walls (power room and toilets) are under construction. In July 2019, INVESTCORP will complete all corrugated iron walls, roof drainage systems and other finishing work relating to the corrugated iron walls.

At the office area, surrounding wall has been completed and currently, internal and external plastering works are being implemented. It is expected that finishing items such as painting work, installation of glass doors and glass partitions, tiling and stair handrails will be constructed simultaneously according to the planned schedule.

For the auxiliary items, INVESTCORP has completed pile driving and construction of excavation and tank bottom concrete. The rainwater drainage has been completed. Roads, main gates, surrounding wall and security house are also being implemented.
