Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in August 2020
In August 2020, INVESTCORP completed all the concrete structures in Zone 1, Zone 2 and the wall construction in Zone 1 of the Main factory of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2. It is expected that in September 2020, INVESTCORP will complete structural concrete in Zone 3 and build walls of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors in Zone 2.
At the Kitchen and Canteen, INVESTCORP has completed the construction of the main columns and the walls. It is expected that on September 5, 2020, after completing the erection of steel roof structure, INVESTCORP will implement the roofing work.
At the warehouse area, INVESTCORP has completed the erection of all steel column structures, trusses and purlins... and will carried out roofing and pouring concrete in September 2020.
The outdoor items including roadbeds, concrete trench systems and fences are being implemented simultaneously.
