Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in December 2020
In December 2020, INVESTCORP completed all structural construction and plastering work of the Main factory. Finishing works such as toilet tiling, stair tiling, painting, gypsum ceiling, doors, windows and glass walls... are expected to be completed on January 15, 2021 to prepare for cleaning and handing over to the Investor at the end of January 2021.
The Warehouse area is in the process of installing doors, windows and cleaning to hand over in December 2020. In the Canteen, INVESTCORP has completed lean concrete and is expected to start pouring floor concrete and building inner partitions in early January 2021. At present, INVESTCORP is implementing the foundation excavation, reinforcement and steel structure processing in the Parking house. It is expected that the Canteen and Parking house will be handed over by the end of January 2021.
The outdoor items such as concrete roads, fences, gates, and guard houses are also urgently implemented simultaneously with the remaining finishing items in January 2021.
