Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in Feb 2020
After completion and handover of the phase 1 of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh to the Investor – Ramatex group, INVESTCORP continues to implement phase 2 of the project with a total area of 7ha including a factory, an office, a warehouse and a canteen etc. As expectation, the project will be constructed in 12 months and completed in early 2021.
At present, INVESTCORP has completed all temporary items for construction work such as office, worker’s dormitory, temporary road so on; completed piling work of the main factory and is executing piling work of the auxiliary houses. In Mar 2020, INVESRTCORP will carry out ground and columns at the first floor of the main factory.
