Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in June 2020
In June 2020, INVESTCORP has completed all ground works and columns of the first floor in the Main factory, completed casting concrete of the fourth floor in Zone 1. As expectation in July 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the entire structural work in Zone 1 and continue to carry out columns, beams and floors of the second floor and third floor in Zone 2.
The Kitchen and Canteen have been completed the foundation and will be completed the ground and columns in July 2020. Concrete of the foundation framework and foundation brace of the Warehouse have been completed 50% of the workload and will be expected to complete by July 15, 2020 to implement concrete casting.
The outdoor items including internal roads, concrete ditch systems and fences are being implemented at the same time in accordance with the Investor's schedule.
