Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in May 2020
By the end of May 2020, in the Main factory area, INVESTCORP has fully completed the construction of 15,000m2 of the ground and 60% of the 1st floor columns. The column structures, slabs and beams of the second, third and fourth floors and the roof floor are divided into 3 zones (from Zone 1 to Zone 3) and will be constructed respectively. At the moment, the concrete work of the second floor has been completed 20% of the workload and it is expected that in June 2020, INVESTCORP will carry out concrete casting of the first floor columns, column concrete, beams and slabs of the second, third and fourth floors and continue constructing the roof floor of Zone 1.
In the Kitchen and Canteen area, INVESTCORP has completed the construction of the foundation and will complete the ground concrete in June 2020 and continue to prepare the plan to install the steel structure.
The Warehouse area was started excavation from May 27, 2020 and is expect to finish the foundation framework and foundation beams in June 2020.
Outdoor items include the road being removal of grass, sand leveling and compaction. The drainage system will start at the beginning of June 2020 and complete at the end of July 2020 in accordance with the schedule.
