Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in October 2020
In October 2020, at the Main factory area of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2, INVESTCORP completed the entire main structure, staircase structure and internal and external plastering work in Zone 1, Zone 2. Other finishing works are being carried out in parallel. It is expected that all plaster work will be completed in November 2020.
At the Kitchen and Canteen area, INVESTCORP has completed all of the plastering and roofing works. Finishing items will be implemented after getting the Investor's approval.
At the Warehouse area, the construction of the wall, concrete pouring and roofing have been completed. At present, INVESTCORP is continuing to execute the erection of wall purlins to prepare for the erection of iron corrugated walls.
The outdoor items are being constructed parallel to the road, concrete ditches and fences, close to and exceeding the overall project progress.
