Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in September 2020
At the end of September 2020, INVESTCORP has completed the construction of all concrete structures in Zone 1, Zone 2 and the 4th floor of Zone 3 in the Main factory; completed construction of walls and plastering in Zone 1 and Zone 2. It is expected that in October 2020, INVESTCORP will continue to build walls in Zone 3 and build inside and outside the entire factory.
In the Kitchen and Canteen, INVESTCORP has completed the erection of roof purlins and the construction of walls. It is expected that the roofing work and indoor and outdoor plastering work will be completed in October 2020.
In the Warehouse, roofing work and pouring lean concrete for ground are in progress. It is expected that in October 2020, INVESTCORP will complete pouring concrete for ground, building brick wall of 1m high, aligning purlins and installing corrugated iron.
Outdoor items including roadbeds, concrete ditches and fences are being implemented parallel on schedule.
