Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in August 2018

Outdoor items such as concrete road, drainage, fence, main gate and guard house have been basically finished although rainy weather has affected much on fishing of these items. Construction work of the lake and parking house have also been finished basically. At present, planting grass around the lake and roofing of parking house are also implemented by INVESTCORP.

At the Canteen area, the entire construction work has been finished and move to install kitchen equipment.

At the Production Building No 3&4 under Block 2 of the project, the whole concrete work of the slab and beam were finished in August 2018. At the moment, INVESTCORP is carrying out internal finish works such as brickwork, plastering and painting of slab and beam. Tiling work of toilet and staircase areas are also carried out in parallel.

It is expected that the door, window, elevator, gypsum ceiling and other finish items of Block 2 will be implemented by INVESTCORP in September 2018.
