Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Dec 2018
By the end of Dec 2018, after 15 months of implementation, all of the brickwork at the Wearing apparels manufacturing project has been completed by INVESTCORP. Items under Block 1 of the project including Production building No. 1&2, Office No. 1 and Canteen have been put in use by the Owner. Items under Block 2 of the project including Production building No. 1&2, Office No. 2 and some other auxiliary houses have also been proceeded and completed.
Outdoor items such as fence, drainage ditches and concrete road have been done. At present, INVESTCORP is preparing to implement construction of asphalt and it is expected that this work will be done by Jan 6, 2019. The entire temporary storages have been removed to return space to the Owner.
Inspection and finishing work are being done by INVESTCORP before handing over to the Owner to put in use.
