Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Jan 2018

At Block 1, INVESTCORP has completed one half structure of the Production building No.1 and is continuing to implementing the rest one half. The Production building No.2 is concreted to the roof floor of the building‘s one half. At the Office No.1, concrete work of the 5th floor is completed. At the same time with construction of the beam and slab, INVESTCORP is also executing finished works such as plastering, skimcoat and painting of beam and ceiling. Waterproofing work for roof and parapet are also investigated to make construction method.

At Block 2 of the project, INVESTCORP has finished piling work and is proceeding foundation and girders of the Production building No.4. 90% of the workload of the Production building No.4 has been finished by the Contractor. As expectation, foundation and ground of the 1st floor of the Building No.3 and Office No.2 will be finished before Lunar tet holiday. Foundation and piles of the Canteen are also constructed completely by INVESTCORP. External items such as water tank has been finished bottom and is constructed tank wall. Besides, INVESTCORP has also started excavating water treatment tank.
