Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in July 2018

At the Production buildings 1&2, painting work for the ceiling beam has been finished. Currently, INVESTCORP is executing ceiling and wall of the toilets and staircases; installation of all windows is implemented and will be finished on 5 August 2018. Finish work for expansion joints and handrails is being installed and will be completed on 10 August 2018. The outdoor painting will be carried out as soon as the weather condition is suitable.

At the Office No. 1, tiling work for toilets and staircases will be finished by 10 August 2018. The Aluminum cladding for front side has been completed to move to construct the Canopy. At present, INVESTCORP is carrying out executing toilet ceiling, staircases and other areas approved by the Owner. All of the window frames and front glass partitions have been finished erecting and moved to install glass.

At the Canteen, brickwork and plastering work have been done; painting and tiling works are also completed to 80%. Currently, INVESTCORP is implementing construction of gypsum ceiling and partition, installation of aluminum frames, steel doors and it is expected that all of these works will be finished on 18 August 2018.

Outdoor items such as main road system, connection points with the industrial park and main gate are also being implemented by INVESTCORP.

At Block 2, INVESTCORP has basically finished beam and slab concrete items of the Production buildings No. 3&4 and is carrying out brickwork and painting work for the ceiling beam. Structure of the Office No. 2 has also been proceeded to the 3^rd floor beam and slab.

As soon as the Block 1 is handed over, INVESTCORP will concentrate its force to implement the Block 2 as the agreed progress with the Owner.
